PICK-UP ORDERS : Pick-up orders are not prepared automatically. Please wait until you receive specific verification that your order is ready for pick-up. For Toronto, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked-up. For Ottawa, the staff will call you when your order is ready to be picked-up.
***New Policy: All international orders will be sent an email to confirm order and to provide the CVC Security Number for credit card used for payment (unless paid through Paypal). This includes any orders from the United States.
While we do whatever is in our power to ensure that the items are well packaged in a way that would minimize damage during shipping, we cannot be held responsible or accountable for items once they have left our hands. The use of a Third-party to ship means that we cannot guarantee the condition of the product and packaging once shipped.
We do not fulfill any orders to the following countries due to prolific fraud cases: Philippines, Indonesia, or any country from South America. Any orders received from these countries will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we suspect is fraud.
We will refund or exchange damaged items however, all shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be in the item purchase amount plus applicable taxes, minus any additional expense.

It is STRONGLY recommended that you insure any Polystone and resin statue product. We take great care to package these for shipment but damages do occur.
All damages must be reported to us at email@example.com preferably with a digital photograph attached.
You must include in the box a brief note with your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and the reason you are returning the item. Please specify whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
